Inspector for Post-16 Education and Training
Since 1999 ANTERIOR’s Managing Director has been an Inspector of post 16 education and training as an Associate Inspector for TSC
(Training Standards Council), then the ALI (Adult Learning Inspectorate) and Ofsted (Office for Standards in Education).
Anne inspects a wide range of post 16 education and training programmes include Adult Learning,
work-based learning, Further Education and Department of Works Pensions – Jobcentre Plus.
The LSC National Employer Service
2002 to present ANTERIOR Management Ltd has held a national contract with the Learning and Skills Council National Employer Service
to support the quality improvement of national employers that hold government funded contracts.
This support is designed to assist companies in setting up their training programmes, maintaining them to a high standard
and also provides recovery and remedial support should companies require it.

2005-2006 National Employer Service Employer Training Pilot
2005-2006 evaluated the National Employer Service Employer Training Pilot undertaken by two national employers, BUPA and Whitbread.
Anne undertook surveys and interviews of all key stakeholders including practitioners and learners.
Interim and final reports were produced as well as presentations to the Learning and Skills Council National Employer Service.
2004-2004 and 2004-2005 Data Analysis and Reporting of LSC Learner Satisfaction Survey
2003-2004 and 2004-2005 undertook the data analysis and reporting writing of the
National Learning and Skills Council Learner Satisfaction Survey for work-based learning
and was also appointed as project lead over the other team members. NOP undertook the learner surveys and produced reports according to Anne’s specification.
Anne then used the reports to produce the final report and the executive summary.
2001-2002 QCA Qualification and Curriculum Authority Survey
2001-2002 Anne was appointed team leader on a QCA Qualification and Curriculum Authority survey of assessment
practice across England of the NVQ Customer Service Level 3. Reports were produced for each awarding body and for the QCA and National Standard Body.
Anne’s role was to quality assure the team, standardise the report production and data analysis and to produce the final reports.
