Conducting an equality and diversity project on behalf of the League Football Education (LFE).
LFE provides the training for all football apprentices within the Football League.
The project is expected to take place over a five year period and commenced in October 2007.
ANTERIOR Management Ltd is visiting every club in the League and conducting an analysis of current equality and diversity
practice which will then lead to a structure of support from the LFE to improve practice within the Clubs.
